RETURN POLICY

                                                                 RETURNS

14 days after the buyer receives the order.​

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.​                                                                   

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly when the buyer sent it back, the seller may deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
Buyers must provide a tracking number and a specific reason for the returns. A refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

                                                                   

                                                        SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All products will be shipped via Australia Post with a flat fee of $10.00. Except for large or bulky orders which you’ll be notified of. Products are packed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of purchase.

I have tried to keep the cost of shipping as minimal as possible.

I do my very best to wrap products for protection during transit with appropriate materials to ensure your item/s arrives safely. If for some reason your item is damaged in transit you will need to lodge a complaint directly with Australia Post.

**Please note once your order has been shipped, I am unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents of the order. Ka’s Craft is not responsible for missing parcels if an incorrect address was provided, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Should you realise that a mistake has been made, please contact me immediately, so I can do my best to rectify errors before your order has been dispatched.

In the event an order has already been shipped with the wrong information, you must contact Australia Post immediately to have your order redirected to the correct address.

A local pick-up point is available in Proserpine QLD 4800.

 

Delivery:

Orders will be shipped between 3-5 business days of receiving the cleared payment.

Personalised/ large orders may take 5-14 business days. If longer is necessary, I will notify you immediately.

**Estimated delivery dates depend on receipt of cleared payment & postal destination.

**Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
